RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides regional and state level marketing sup****t to coordinate
local marketing campaigns, local marketing communications and
internal communications with inputs for the following.
- Performs specific local residential and business markets
*****sments. Lead on developing local marketing plans to address
market conditions by determining changes or enhancements and
working with centralized marketing to accomplish those goals.
- Lead on territory competitive information and works with
centralized marketing department on the development of
competitive plans: understanding market share and consumer buying
behaviors by Frontier and its competitors and associated revenue
impacts.
- Lead on local community or region-wide marketing programs.
Initiates new programs to generate revenue and implements
programs within the marketplace including those nationally
driven. Includes trade shows, event marketing, retail tie-ins,
community / civic partnering, and direct marketing.
- Lead on product availability: when, where and prepare with
product management to turn up areas for new service.
- Roll out master of nationally driven integrated advertising
campaigns to personnel within operations. Supply the market
intelligence and work through centralized marketing department to
customize national campaigns based on competitive, demographic,
psychographic, qualitative and quantitative *****sment.
- Leads implementing local media needs/*****sments to nationally
driven integrated advertising campaigns.
- Works with centralized marketing and selected advertising
agencies to abide by company advertising and branding standards.
- Liaison for public relations efforts. Work with local managers
and centralized cor****ate communications on local events and
public relations.
- Ensures regional and state level executive approvals as
necessary.
- Conducts and re****ts on post campaign evaluations for local
campaigns.
- Budget management of local marketing programs required.
- Managing direct re****ts required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ten (10) years plus experience in advertising and marketing
communications for retail/consumer segment in the
telecommunications industry (ILEC, CLEC, wireless or cable) or
comparable work experience.
- Expertise in marketing and advertising tactics to drive
incremental revenue in the local marketplace through various
distribution channels.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Team player with front-line, cor****ate and execute-types.
- High-energy and ability to think thoroughly, respond quickly
and proactively to the ever competitive market conditions.
