Software Engineer II (testing, debugging, software updates)
Job Description: Sup****ts design and preparation of detailed
specifications for military modeling and simulation programs. Designs,
codes, tests, debugs, do***ents and maintains programs using project
specific development environments, debuggers, operating systems, and
configuration management practices and procedures. May lead and direct
the work of others. Applies knowledge of current technologies and
applicable emerging technologies to assigned duties.
Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
with a curriculum or major field of study in computer science or other
math-based discipline and at least three years of task related
experience in military modeling and simulations.
Required Skills: Provides program sup****t to include testing,
debugging, and providing software updates to correct problems or
enhance software capabilities. Maintains daily developer/customer
interaction to identify software shortfalls, problems, or improvements
in a timely manner.
