Qualifications B.E./B.Tech/MCA from a reputable institution or others
with visible potential
Required Skills (Must Have) & Associated Number of Years of
Experience: # Someone with excellent technical and personal
communication skills to interact closely with cross-continental teams.
# Excellent and proven software programming skills and interest #
Excellent spoken and written English is a must. # High aptitude and
good problem solving capabilities # Background in server side
application development # Strong background in computer sciences,
either academic or self-learnt # Interest in code analysis and
expansion
Desired Skills (Nice to Have in Addition to the Required Skill Sets) &
Associated Number of Years of Experience:
# Knowledge and exposure to Java and related technologies # Exposure
to distributed or messaging centric architectures # Some exposure to
one or more of the following: - JMS, SMTP, FTP, JDBC - Xml, parsing
and xml technologies (XML Schema, Stylesheets, XPath)
Education and Necessary Industry Experience:
- Degree/Major: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech Computer Science or equivalent from
