Update multiple software and hardware databases for GA-ASI.
Responsible for distributing and retrieving software that is
issued to internal PC Technicians. Assist in processing
department purchase requisitions. Maintain/audit files and
records of user software. Type a variety of departmental
materials such as procedures and memos. Run departmental
re****ts, maintain files and distribute mail. Responsible for all
excessive on hand and retired hardware inventory. Responsible for
receiving all software and hardware that is delivered to the IT
department. Tag and prepare ****ppers for all hardware and
software sent to El Mirage and Adelanto facility. Assist
internal users with business application issues, IT equipment
distribution, and other IT related issues. Maintain, update and
distribute IT Procedures and Policies Manual. May provide back up
coverage to Front Desk Receptionist (phones, mail, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:<br> High School education or equivalent
and 2 years experience. Experience in office procedures, data
compilation and record maintenance, possibly acquired through
business school. Knowledge of computer operations and
applications. Must be able to communicate effectively and to
interface with all levels of company personnel in a professional
manner. Organization skills to assist in running a smooth office
environment. Requires a functional knowledge of company
operations and procedures. <br> <br> Desirable
Qualifications:<br> Experience with Microsoft Offices Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and communication
skills. Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and
ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of do***ent control
procedures. Familiarity with MS Access. <br> <br> <br>
