SD611-3639<br> Perform computer assisted design and drafting
tasks in sup****t of Unmanned Air Vehicles. Interact with
engineers to develop component layouts, equipment details and
interfaces. Prepare first article drawings for fabrication.
Convert concept layout models to production models and drawings,
including development of Bill of Materials. Concentration on
powerplant packaging, fuel system, oil system and ground sup****t
equipment.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Minimum Qualifications:<br> Associate's degree or equivalent.
May substitute equivalent experience in the field. Typical
minimum experience is eight years. Experienced in all aspects of
mechanical design drafting techniques and skills of advanced
level using 3D CAD solid modeling. Must have 3 yrs experience
with Pro/E CAD software, 5 yrs in solid modeling CAD. Must know
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Must be able to develop
design solutions and generate complex precision mechanical
assemblies with familiarity in power plant packaging. Must have
good hands on machine and assembly shop knowledge.<br> <br> <br>
<br> Desirable Qualifications:<br> Prefer a minimum ten years
overall design experience supplemented by college courses or
equivalent. Experience with generating complex surfaces in Pro/E.
Pro/E training certifications. Design experience with composite
aircraft struc
