~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
JB611-2533<br> Perform and/or assist with fabrication, 
modification, assembly, repair and maintenance of complex 
electro/mechanical actuators and related aeronautical assemblies 
under the guidance of supervisor or lead. Daily recognizes 
anomalies or trouble sources in electrical/mechanical devices and 
corrects with under guidance of supervisor or lead. Must apply a 
strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Daily use of 
conventional hand tools, calipers, torque wrenches, fluke meters, 
and power supplies, lathe, and drill press.  Read blueprints, 
drawings, engineering specifications, and stationized work 
instructions in the daily performance of duties. Duties include 
routine shop functions such as routing jobs, handling bulk 
supplies, ordering material, etc. as required by shop supervisor. 
 Will work in a Lean Manufacturing ISO 9000 environment.

Requires at least three experience in a manufacturing setting 
with mechanical and/or electrical components.  Must have the 
ability to use conventional hand tools and calipers, with a basic 
understanding of precision measurements.  Must be deadline 
sensitive and able to work effectively in a team setting. Must be 
a self starter, versatile, possess organizational skills, have a 
strong quality work ethic and strong interpersonal skills.  Must 
be able to read blueprints, drawings, and engineering 
specifications.  <br> <br> Desired qualifications: Computer 
skills and typing are a plus. Some experience using conventional 
grinders, lathes, drill presses, and torque wrenches are 
encouraged.  At least some skills using a digital volt meter and 
power supply is a plus. Experience working in an ISO environment 
is desired.
