Our original specialties – Hearty Wheat Meat, Tempting Tempeh and
Chillin’ Chickin’ – combine fantastic flavoring, hearty textures

indulgence.
Offering these choices in a fun, upbeat environment with
attentive "fast casual" service and take-out flexibility, The
Veggie Grill meets the rapidly growing demand for delicious,
convenient, wholesome meal options.
The General Manager is responsible for insuring excellence in
guest satisfaction through effective training of staff, positive
and committed "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. Hands on and lead
by example management style. Responsible for scheduling and
meeting or beating budgeted labor and other cost centers.
We hire experienced and motivated individuals who are looking for
continued growth and leader****p op****tunities.
The Veggie Grill offers a very competitive compensation package,

Candidates must have 2+ years of successfully managing in medium
to high volume fast-casual, casual or full service restaurants.
Must have an upbeat and energetic personality and be versed in
writing schedules and meeting or beating budgeted labor cost
through effective management. Must possess skills to motivate and
develop staff. Excellent verbal and communication skills
required, along with the ability to manage a team. The position
necessitates a person with high service standards, a high energy
level and an entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate will be
passionate about a healthful lifestyle and the restaurant
industry in general.
