The Licensed Architect Establishes Design, Researches Applicable Building
Products And Technologies, Directly Manages The Flow Of Production
Do***ents. Supervises And Mentors The Professional Development Of Design
Staff. The Project Architect Will Be Responsible For Coordinating The
Services Of Sub-consultants, Executing Work Orders And Preparing Proposals
For New Projects. The Architect Will Establish Design Themes While
Directly
Supervising The Production Of Job Captains And CADD Technicians. He Or She
Will Create Budgets, As Well As Stamp And Sign-off On Projects. The
Architect Is Expected To Execute Firm Standards Or Quality Control And
Quality Assurance.
Requirements: California Licensed Architect With At Least 5 Years
Practical Experience In The Production Of Construction Do***ents.
Experience In The Retail Or Commercial Field Is Preferred (i.e. Vons,
Ralphs, Wal-Mart). Should Possess Excellent Knowledge Of ADA Codes. Must
Have Problem Solving Skills Pertaining To Design Issues.
