<b>Office Assistant / Receptionist<br></b>
Position Summary:<br>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities <br>
<li>The Office Assistant will be responsible for clerical and maintenance
functions in sup****t of the San Diego office, as well as front desk
coverage
and the greeting of clients. <br>
<li>The Assistant works directly with the Office Administrator and his/her
primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reception, mail
sorting/distribution, fax services, shredding and recycling, production
sup****t, facilities and conference room maintenance, general office,
****pping,
and kitchen supplies.<br>
Incoming/Outgoing Mail, Packages, and Faxes: <br>
<li>Attach postage if applicable <br>
<li>Maintain and file delivery log<br>
<li>Deliver faxes<br>
<li>Maintain and file fax log <br>
<li>Conference room cleanup before and after meetings <br>
<li>Demonstrates willingness to get coffee, lunch or dinner when team is
working late or through lunch, and exhibits flexibility in performing a
variety
of miscellaneous office tasks upon request. <br>
<li>Maintain printer stations (ensure each station is stocked with paper,
and
toner). <br>
<li>Act as backup to Office Administrator.<br>
<li>Special projects and other duties as assigned by Office Administrator.

Education, Skills and Work Experience: <br>
Successful applicants should have at least a high school degree, excellent
organizational skills, ability to work with all levels, strong oral
communication skills, and solid time management and multi-tasking
abilities.
<br>
Must be highly detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to customer
service. Must be able to effectively work under pressure and tight time
constraints. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. MUST NOT BE A CLOCK
WATCHER...must be
able to work some overtime and not run out of the office at 4:59 PM <br>
<p>
Two years of office experience is required. Basic office computer
experience
is required, including Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel. <br>
<p>
Prior experience in a professional services firm preferred.<br>
<p>
