Job Description:

seeking an
Office Manager the San Diego office. This position will re****t to the CEO.
This position is responsible for the management of the administrative and
clerical functions. However, in this small office, you must be willing to
do
what is required to keep the office flowing smoothly. This may mean
re-stocking the refrigerator in the break room, or setting up/cleaning up
a
conference room after a meeting, or running to the post office for a last
minute express mail. The position includes, among other things,
sup****ting the
CEO, managing administrative personnel, overview of the office budget,
interacting and negotiation with vendors, coordinating travel, and
organizing
meetings and conferences. Must have the ability to delegate, and
follow-up.
Position requires hiring of office personnel, including interviewing.
The
office requires an approachable, professional individual with outstanding
customer service skills. Must be reliable, responsible and highly
organized.
Qualifications:
· 4 year College Degree or equivalent
· 5 years previous office manager/administrative experience required. Any
experience within a law firm, CPA firm, or services firm preferred.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills
· Understanding of budget process and expenses
· Do***ent processing expertise
· Excellent Computer skills - MS Word, Windows, Power Point, Excel, ACT!
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Approachable, so subordinates feel comfortable.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
