QUALITY INSPECTOR IV

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
JC611-3788<br> Perform receiving, in-process and final 
inspections of Mechanical Components.  Monitor and audit 
Composites manufacturing processes.  Perform final and periodic 
inspection of fabrication and assembly tooling.  Do***ent 
nonconforming items and assist in the disposition process.  
Perform in house calibration of measuring equipment.  Must be 
able to use precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, 
etc.) and have working knowledge of ANSI Y14.5.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Minimum Qualifications:  Five years demonstrated experience in 
mechanical/composites inspection.  Working knowledge of 
composites processes and tooling.  Proficient in interpreting 
mechanical drawings and specifications.  Must be proficient in 
math calculations associated with complex inspections.  Team 
player with excellent written and verbal skills.  <br> <br> 
Desirable Qualifications:  Desire a self starter who functions 
well with minimal supervision.  Knowledge of ISO9000 a plus.  
Working knowledge of Coordinate Measuring Machine desirable.
