SP611-3638<br> Develop and implement system improvements to
maintain process excellence. Work with integrated teams to
measurably enhance development, project engineering, and
manufacturing processes. Develop and do***ent procedures and
action plans to define new systems and continually improve
existing systems. Participate in CMMI and ISO appraisals.
Provide internal training on all aspects of process improvement.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Minimum Qualifications: B.S. degree in science, math or
technical field. 8+ years experience working in a technical
industry such as aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing, or
communications. Ability to develop creative solutions to complex
systems issues. Strong background in project engineering,
hardware and software development, and program management.
Superior interpersonal as well as verbal and written
communication skills to interface effectively throughout all
levels of the company. U.S. citizen****p required. <br> <br>
Desirable Qualifications: Expert knowledge of ISO 9001:2000
process standard. Formal training in CMMI, Six Sigma methods.
Experience with LabVIEW preferred. Software test background
(code review, unit test, integration test). Background in tool
design. Experience with memory device programming, electrical
test equipment, composite structures, primary sh
