JK611-3641<br> Provide management and supervision of a field
engineering team in sup****t of customer flight operations,
maintenance, logistics, and training at customer site. Direct
daily activities of a field sup****t team to meet established
deadlines. Manage training of customer personnel in UAV operation
and maintenance. Perform performance appraisals on field
engineers and deployed technicians with respect to their
performance while on deployment. Oversee preventive maintenance
programs. Responsible for off-site logistics sup****t. Exercise
independent judgement while deployed. Coordinate off-site
sup****t requirements when assigned to home office.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Minimum Qualifications: Mininum of eight to ten years of
aviation management experience, of which five must be military;
or five years as a military officer in an aviation specialty. Has
the knowledge and experience to actively assist or provide
direction to subordinates using established Product Sup****t
policies and procedures. Is able to work across technical
disciplines and levels. Has demonstrated ability to monitor daily
operations of a unit or sub-unit; make sound leader****p
decisions; and communicate effectively with subordinates, peers,
and higher level managers. Ability and willingness to travel to
austere sites for extended periods of time.<br> <br> Desirable
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in technical field.
Supervisory experience in a directly related technical field.
Previous or current qualification as a pilot in light general
aviation aircraft.
