JN611-3415<br> Track Software Change Requests and maintain SCM
databases current; assist with database administration. Develop
and maintain current Software Version Description (SVD's) to
comply with Military Standards for all Software Engineering
projects. Generate re****ts, forms, spreadsheets, and
do***entation to sup****t SCM activities.<br> Primary SCM website
content developer; assist the team with website design.
Participate in planning, establi****ng, and implementing standard
configuration processes and tools. Monitor all configuration
activities for compliance with standard processes. Coordinate
configuration and release activities for selected projects,
including policies and procedures that conform to Military
Standards and Programs. Identify configuration issues and provide
assistance in developing solutions such as re-allocation of
resources or modifying configuration tools and do***entation
generating tools. Implement software configuration policies and
procedures that conform to Military Standards and Programs.
Participate in SEI CMMI Process Improvement planning,
do***entation, coordination, and implementation. Provide user
training and do***entation on SCM systems and processes. Maintain
online do***ent library.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least five
years related experience or equivalent. May substitute
equivalent experience in the field. Must be highly proficient
with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access. Proficient in
Web Content Development using DreamWeaver, MS FrontPage, or other
web development IDE. (DreamWeaver preferred.) Must possess
excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication
skills to interface effectively with all levels of customers and
company employees, including upper management. Technical Writers
strongly desired.<br> <br> Desirable Qualifications: <br>
Knowledge of ISO and SEI certifications is desirable.<br> <br>
