~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
CS611-3447<br> Interface with internal/external customers and 
management to develop requirements, schedules and budgets for new 
or derivate design activities.  Accurately predict required tasks 
for project completion.  Effectively generate Detail Design 
Specifications/Statements of Work, Test Plans and Re****ts per 
Engineering Instructions.  Apply engineering principles 
effectively to design composite and metallic structural parts and 
assemblies to aircraft.  Effectively communicate technical 
requirements to project contributors.  Use technical resources 
effectively (i.e. design, drafting) to meet technical/schedule 
requirements.  Keep management informed of status and issues at 
regular intervals or as requested.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Minimum Qualifications:  BS or equivalent plus 20 years 
experience in engineering field or MS with 15 years experience in 
engineering field.  Hands-on mechanical engineering knowledge and 
skill.  Broad understanding of engineering principles.  Ability 
to design and analyze weight sensitive metallic and composite 
structures.  Experience with composite to metallic joints and 
interfaces.  Broad knowledge of materials properties.<br> <br> 
Desirable Qualifications:  Experience with aircraft engineering 
in a small company environment.
