Independently evaluates, selects and applies architectural
techniques, procedures, and modifications. Assignments have
specified objectives and require the investigation of many
variables. Independently performs architectural assignments with
only general instruction from the Project Architect, Interior
Deigner or Project Manager as to the results expected. Works
directly with owners to select and recommend procedures. Writes
specifications covering architectural matters, performs code
reviews. May be assisted by Project Architects, Interior
Designers, other Project Coordinators or Technicians and is
responsible for work in all phases of the architectural process.

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
3+ years experience in commercial/institutional building

projects preferred. AutoCAD and MS Office experience.
Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired,
but not required.
