Job Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate with 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a
Database Administrator with distributed database applications on
cor****ate level enterprise using MS SQL Server 2000/2005 in a web
development environment. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of
related technical sup****t experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are imperative
* Must have highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to
successfully collaborate with others
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
* Experience with multiple production and non-production servers and
large databases
* Experience with SSIS, OLAP and Re****ting Services
Responsibilities include:
* Install, configure and monitor all MS SQL database servers in a N-
Node Clustered Environment.
* Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, backup and disaster
recovery operations
* Capacity planning and developing high availability strategies
* Develop tables and stored procedures and knowledge of use cases
* Replication concepts, log ****pping, failover clustering and other
data transfer methodologies
* Administer, maintain, develop and recommend procedures for ensuring
the security and integrity of all databases as well as recommend
architecture changes
* Coordinating, designing, developing and constructing both logical
and physical data models using Erwin or a similar tool
* Implementation on RAIDs
* Patricipate in the planning and design of the database server
architecture to meet business goals
* Respond to sup****t tickets and provide response to issues in a
timely manner
* Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks

Role: SharePoint Application Design Lead Work Description:
Job Description: Responsible for end-to-end functional/technical
design of a MOSS 2007-based solution with custom development as needed
using .NET. Solution design will take into consideration functional
fit, scalability, performance, security and maintainability using an
iterative, prototype approach. The Design Lead will provide input
into standards, procedures and best practices related to the XOM
SharePoint Development Service and will utilize all XOM specific
processes, templates, deliverables, and technical guidelines to ensure
code and process compliance with XOM Development Best Practices
guidelines. The Application Design Lead will be considered technical
expert on the MOSS Platform , application development and production
sup****t and will be required to work with SharePoint in a multi-
server infrastructure.
