Logistics Manager III - #3302<br> This position provides an
op****tunity to be involved in the Navy's leading-edge Pulse Power
Technology in the logistics engineering arena. This candidate
must develop and implement effective and affordable logistics
programs and ensure that the logistics programs are Coordinated
with engineering efforts. Develop and implement logistics sup****t
plans that identify and integrate all logistics tasks, identify
management responsibilities and activities, schedules, and
outline approaches toward accompli****ng the logistics tasks. Lead
program logistics IPT's that include GA, government and
subcontractor representatives. Manage logistics efforts that
include:<br> sup****tability analysis planning; development of
technical data to satisfy the sup****tability requirements for
hardware/software/firmware procurements; development of data to
sup****t standardization efforts, generation of sup****t concepts
for ****pboard and land based systems; development of LMI
databases that contain data, analysis, rationale, conclusions,
and recommendations from FMECA, ACM, RLA; identification of
preventive and corrective maintenance actions and required spares
and sup****t equipment; performance of reliability centered
maintenance (RCM) analyses; development of maintenance
requirements cards (MRC) and maintenance index pages (MIPs);
performance of repair level analyses (RLA) on LMI candidates;
development of maintenance plans, technical manuals (including
Interactive Electronic Technical Manual - IETM), training plans
and training courses; development of packaging, preservation,
calibration and measurement requirements and trans****tation
plans. Develops and administers Integrated logistics strategies,
including supply chain activities from point of manufacture
through information management sup****t, deployment freight,
warehousing, customer freight, order management, and customer
placement. Builds relation****ps with strategic customers through
logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers,
competitors, operating entities, distribution, trans****tation,
customer service, industry groups and professional training to
continuously improve competitive position.<br> Great Additions!

Bachelor's degree in related field and attainment of Certified
Professional Logistician (CPL) credentials. Typical minimum
experience is fifteen years with a BS degree. Experience with all
aspects of logistics is required. Must have ability to integrate
the separate functions in planning or implementing a logistics
management program. Must demonstrate advanced expertise and
application of logistics principles, concepts, theory and
practices, including in the government sector. Must posses the
ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them
accurately throughout an evolving environment. Strong
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills also
required.<br> <br> DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS<br> Experience with
Logistics programs on DoD and specifically Navy contracts.<br>
