Industrial Mechanic - #3047<br> <br> As an Industrial Mechanic,
this position will assist in the operation of facility mechanical
equipment; install, service, modify, troubleshoot, rebuild, and
repair equipment in accordance with applicable building,
plumbing, and mechanical codes and safety regulations. Perform
HVAC maintenance including filters, belts, pulleys, shafts,
bearings, rotors, fans, blower wheels and impellers for motors
and pumps. Troubleshoot mechanical and HVAC systems; calibrate,
replace or adjust pneumatic HVAC controls; make emergency repairs
as required. Conduct maintenance program to prevent failure of
air compressors, hot water boilers, refrigeration air dryers,
cooling towers, chillers, HVAC systems; leak test, adjust
controls and regulators, repairs equipment. This individual will
perform other duties as assigned or required. This individual
will be responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other
applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is
conducted on behalf of the Company. This individual is expected
to maintain a productive and safe working environment in
accordance with established operating procedures and
practices.<br> Facilities <br>

Minimum requirements include having a high school education or
equivalent. Knowledge of construction industry practices
required. EPA certified in refrigerant recovery. Training or
apprenticed in HVAC required. Must be able to read schematics and
safely operate hand and power tools. Knowledge of personal
computer operations and applications required.<br> <br> Desirable
qualifications include strong electrical and pneumatic
troubleshooting skills, as well as, a background in DDC control.
Analytical skills required to use the Energy Management System
(HVAC DDC System) to determine the current status of operating
equipment and systems. Ability to prepare sketches or processes
and equipment for maintenance or troubleshooting is desired.
Ability to deal with people in high-pressure situations is
desired. Interpersonal skills needed to interact with
contractors, occupants and tenants.<br> <br>
