PROJECT MANAGER -
Prepare and process entitlement do***ents such as tentative maps
and process final design plans for residential and / or
commercial development projects. Direct development projects and
have considerable Design experience.

* Minimum experience in land development - 8 years
* Experience should include familiarity with the processes of

maps and with processing final design plans for residential and /
or commercial development projects.
* Must have experience in directing development projects and have
considerable Design experience.
* Must be able to communicate with and to direct a project team.
Other:
* BS in Civil Engineering and Registration is preferred
* Must have exceptional communication skills
* Must be highly organized
* Must have a client service perspective
