Registered Investment Advisory firm located in San Diego is looking for
high quality personal financial planners. Their planners are salaried
employees of the firm and are never compensated by asset management fees
or product sales commissions. This is a great op****tunity for the person
who has a passionate desire to always do what is best for the client. They
have eliminated the sales pressure, ethical dilemmas and conflict of
interest issues generally associated with traditional independent
financial planners. Their new business model will benefit your clients and
you. You will be the client's most trusted advisor. 

Duties and Responsibilities 
Passionately represent the firm, their principals, strategic vision and
your professional commitment 
Prepare and monitor comprehensive financial personal financial plans 
Coordinate tax, legal, insurance and investment professionals 
Develop and manage the client relation****p 
Grow professionally 

Requirements 
Great relation****p skills 
Positive attitude with a commitment to long term professional growth 
A strong desire to do what is right, to help people, to be the good guy 
Four year degree, preferably finance related 
5+ years of financial planning experience 
CFP® designation, other designations a plus 
Clean compliance record
