Title: Senior IS Audit Consultant (Director Level Position)
Job Description: The Senior IS Audit Consultant is accountable for
planning,
directing and completing complex System Development and Project Audit, IT
audits and other special projects, enhancing the System Development Audit
Methodology to incor****ate Manulife's and industry best practices, and the
delivery of high quality, professional, cost-effective, value added and
risk
based audit services.
Qualifications:
a.. Ability to quickly understand business processes and their risk
implications, analyze complex situations, reach appropriate conclusions
and
make value added and practical recommendations
b.. Excellent knowledge of audit, project management and system
development methodologies, control frameworks and risk management
practice,
and regulatory requirements (OSFI)
c.. Excellent working knowledge of life insurance operations and company
policies
d.. Manage goals in situations without formal structure and adapt to
change
e.. Proven relation****p skills including a demonstrated ability to deal
effectively with staff at all levels to VP
f.. University degree plus a recognized project management (PMP) or
auditing (CIA, CISA) or security (CISSP) designation with 3 years internal
or external audit experience
g.. Knowledge of SASS 70 and Sarbanes Oxley
