Job Description:
Re****ting to a Senior Level Development Manager, the Software
Development Manager provides technology and project leader****p by building
and managing a team of developers.
Responsibilities:
Manages development projects:
Ensures projects are completed on time and according to cor****ate quality
standards
Enforces the correct engineering behavior that leads to work quality,
owner****p, and teamwork.
Matches resources to projects to ensure effectiveness and productivity.
Manages technology/design decisions in 098products
Ensures that technology/design decisions are made right
Manages personnel activities of technical staff
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or a related field
A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience
Must have strong technology leader****p, prior hands-on experience in
technology leader****p, such as architecture, design, and research is
required.
Experience in system and application infrastructure software is desirable.
Proven track record of managing complex software projects, ideally in
software product companies
Experience in software development process needed
Strong people management skills
Demonstrated ability to adapt to different organization structures and
Processes
