POSITION # 14 Job Title: Business Systems Analyst III / AR / CM / GL
The base salary for this position will be in the 90-110k range + full
benefits and perks.

Responsibilities:
Analyze, understand, and capture the business requirements of the Accounts
Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger and Discoverer re****ting
functions.
Understand the business requirements as they relate to the Communication
industry specifically in the areas of usage, rating (tiered, threshold,
atomic)
and billing.
Design, acquire, configure, test and deploy applications in sup****t of the
Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger and Discoverer
re****ting
functions. This includes the design and sup****t of interfaces between
Oracle
applications and other systems.
Identify best-in-class or best-existing business processes and systems
within
Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and General Ledger and leverage where
feasible
across business units.
Conduct analysis of business processes and requirements and identify
technology
enabled improvements
Translate business requirements into functional specifications to
communicate to developers.
Test and QA the development deliverables and work with Operations to
do***ent and
schedule deployment.
Assist in development of user training plan for the deployment of the
system
Evaluate and analyze requirements for version upgrades and code patches,
develop
project plan for approval and implement approved plan.
Participates and leads periodic Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and
General
Ledger user group planning meetings.
Ongoing sup****t and maintenance of Accounts Receivable, Cash Management
and General
Ledger systems.
Requirements:
5-7 years hands-on experience with or sup****ting Accounts Receivable, Cash
Management preferably in a high tech / communication environment.
Strong in-depth knowledge of the Oracle 11i Receivable module, Oracle 11i
Cash Management
Thorough understanding of other Oracle 11i Financial modules.
Knowledge of Viziqor BillPlex / RevChain systems a plus
Understanding of accounting requirements and finance functions along with
accounting implications, consolidation and closing processes. MRC and GIS
experience a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with
credibility
at all levels of the organization
Responsive to customer needs and highly motivated to improve the skills
and
capabilities of his/her organization
A team player outlook with the ability to work well with peers
Excellent project management skills; primarily resource prioritization,
risk
*****sment, and contingency planning
Ability to create test plans, test cases and conduct system testing,
conference
room pilot testing and user acceptance testing.
Telecommunication industry knowledge especially as it relates to rating
and
billing a plus
Bachelor's degree Computer Science or Business or equivalent
