provides general contracting, design build, construction management, and
pre-construction services to all sectors of the business world.
Re****ting to our VP. Field Operations, you will collaborate with our
Project Team to successfully complete project requirements on schedule and
within budget, ensuring the quality of all work performed. Your sound
working knowledge pertaining to all aspects of Occupational Health &
Safety legislation is essential.
Requirements:
• You have 10-15 years (Canadian and/or USA) construction experience
with at least 5 years’ experience supervising large commercial and
civil projects in the $20 million plus range.
• Ideally, you are highly competent with self-performed formwork and
concrete and you either hold or are eligible for, your “Gold
Seal” certification.
• Your outstanding communication and organization skills are
complemented by your leader****p and team-building abilities, enabling you
to effectively manage an hourly workforce and sub-trades.
• Proficiency with MS Office and an aptitude with scheduling software
are essential.
