We are seeking a SR ASIC/SoC Verification Engineer for our Toronto based
client
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design Verification of large, complex ASICs, SoCs or IP cores
-Design, debug, and modify models, assertions, cover groups, tests, test
libraries, and constrained-random scenarios.
- Develop testbenches
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS or better in EE or CE
- 5+ years of ASIC design and/or ASIC design verification, on large ASICs
or SoCs
- Strong C/C++
- Experience with Perl, Makefiles, UNIX/LINUX environment
- Experience with Verilog HDL
- Working knowledge or experience with SystemVerilog, SVA, Cover Groups
- Experience with Synopsis VCS, Cadence NCSIM, MODELSIM, QUESTA, or other
simulators
- Strong analytical and debugging skills, with great attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills(written and verbal).
DESIRABLE:
- Familiarity of PC architecture and/or high-speed serial interconnect
protocols, Display and or Video/Mutimedia experience
