We are seeking an SAP Workflow Analyst for a contract position in Ottawa,
ON.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Purpose: Provide SAP Workflow design and development to implement an SAP
HR solution for the automation of time entry with appropriate approvals
and for the automation of forms for Personnel Administration and
Organizational Management actions.
- Facilitating process design workshops guiding the “TO BE” business
processes to follow the SAP Best Practices.
- Appropriately identifying and resolving process and technical gaps
between the “AS IS” and “ TO BE”.
- Design and implement the new automated business processes utilizing the
SAP workflow tools.
- Complete all deliverables for workflow solutions based on provided
requirements.
- Work with project team to ensure established deliverables and milestones
are met within established timelines.
- Deliver solution do***entation and sup****t and participate in the
creation of end user do***entation.
- Provide knowledge transfer, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years experience as a SAP Workflow / Business Process Analyst
with a focus in the following areas:
* Workflow process design and implementation in the areas of HR,
Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service
* Experience with SAP HR’s Organizational Management and SAP
authorization roles and how they integrate to SAP workflow.
- Experience using the SAP workflow and process modelling tools
DESIRABLE:
- ABAP programming experience would be an asset.
- Business Analyst experience with SAP Time Management would be an asset.
- Experience with SAP Smart Forms or Adobe forms for SAP would be an
asset.
