Description:
AltisHR Professional Services Division is currently hiring a
Controller
for our client in the venture capital industry. SCOPE: The in***bent
will be responsible for all accounting, financial re****ting, tax filing,
interest payments, short term cash investments, management fees and
overall
compliance and re****ting issues relating to approximately 10 companies
within the companies ****tfolio investments, as well as oversee the payroll
function. REQUIREMENTS: University Degree and CA or CGA designation,
Experience in fund accounting and ability to handle multiple fund
companies
and all the subsidiaries, Experience in handling multiple sets of
books/funds, filing tax returns, payroll and short term cash management.
