Our client is actively seeking a Senior Service Project Coordinator
who is interested in working in a permanent full time role in Markham,
ON.
Job Details:
=95 Tracking and coordination of issues
=95 Tracking and coordination of do***ents between various groups
including internal and external contacts
=95 Coordinating the timely communication of project information,
including; status re****ting, meeting actions, change requests, risk
re****ts, issue logs, etc.
=95 Building relation****ps with multiple groups and external customers
=95 Facilitating and tracking change requests, and ensuring
communication among all affected teams on multiple impacted releases
=95 Is responsible for the high quality delivery of all offerings
=95 Owns service delivery, ensuring all WOs are fulfilled to meet
customer=92s SLAs
=95 Recruit new resources to the talent pool.
=95 Ensures cost aggregates for all contractors=92 stays within company
targets
=95 Comply with all company pricing models and processes
=95 Assist transitioning client business from sales to delivery via
SLA=92s and SOW agreements internal and external
=95 Responsible for analyzing and providing remedies for customer
satisfaction issues
=95 Primary contact for client on escalations and customer satisfaction
issues on assigned accounts
=95 Influences cor****ate revenue growth, profit and loss.
=95 Interacts with the sales to help manage the financial performance to
meet business objectives
=95 Responsible for billing reconciliation
=95 Track, monitor and develop corrective actions to remedy all =91out of
line=92 performance of our contractors within assigned accounts.
Skills Required:
=95 Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related
discipline, or several years directly applicable work experience
=95 Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Project Coordination role;
preferably in projects along information technology
=95 Well organized, with the ability to bring order to complex tasks
=95 Energetic, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment
=95 An outstanding communicator, both verbally and in written
communication
=95 Capable of juggling competing priorities successfully
=95 Very motivated and driven to move tasks and projects rapidly to
completion
=95 Knowledge of Project Management Institute methodologies
=95 Dynamic individual with superior communication, organization and
problem solving skills
=95 Organized & effective when completing their assigned duties
=95 Motivated, results-oriented and driven to provide clients with
innovative solutions and service
=95 Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast paced
environment
=95 Must be able to work independently and take initiative
=95 Excellent skills in MS-Office (including MS Project, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Visio)
