Position: PeopleSoft HCM Developer (interface dev)

Hourly Rate: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience

Scope of work/responsibilities:
We are seeking a PS HCM Developer with expertise developing interfaces
(i.e.
using Integration Broker, component interfaces, etc.) as well using
business
process integration software such as WebMethods, Oracle BPEL, Tibco, BEA
Weblogic, or IBM Websphere. We will be implementing a Compensation
solution
which may be PeopleSoft's eCompensation and eCompensation Manager or a 3rd
party solution to be integrated with PeopleSoft upon completion of the
fit/gap analysis and vendor selection.
Candidate's responsibilities will include: customer facing, requirements
gathering through to development with PeopleTools 8.4x, understanding
Compensation (grades, ranges, compa-ratio, different components of pay,
etc.), experience with eCompensation, eCompensation Manager and Group
Build
Process (an asset if PeopleSoft is selected), interface development using
integration software, and development of PeopleSoft interfaces to
communicate with other business systems. The main deliverables are to
develop an interface to (the chosen software) from PeopleSoft and
interface
from the (chosen software) to PeopleSoft. We would need a developer who
knows the HR product and how to write interfaces to and from job data.
