You must meet the following MANDATORY requirements before further

Mandatory:
* Bachelor of Business and/or MBA (Business) or related degree and
9-10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of
education and experience;
* Experience as the Project Manager on large business led operations
projects and/or as the lead Business (Client) Project Manager on
technology projects;
* 5+ years of senior project management experience in a large
cor****ate environment, with focus on delivering the business
objectives;
* Experience in direct dealings and interactions at all levels of the
organization including Senior Executive;
* Working understanding of financial analysis and principles of
project cost estimating analysis;
* Excellent analytical, planning, and project management skills with
demonstrated expertise in user acceptance testing, business acceptance
signoff and systems implementation;
* Experience managing large sized teams (30 plus members) including
the ability to communicate, set and maintain clear expectations;
* Experience leading User Acceptance Testing on large projects
including the use of risk based testing concepts.;
* Excellent verbal, written and administrative skills including
effective re****ting and presentation skills;
* Experience presenting and communicating technical concepts in
business / lay person formats;
* Ability to foster positive working relation****ps and teamwork
including both business and technical resources;
* Ability to maintain and encourage open lines of communication
between groups/functional areas/team members;
* Experience with negotiating for and sharing resources with others to
get things done;
* Excellent customer relation****p skills with the ability to manage
stakeholder expectations and resolve ambiguities;
* Well developed conflict resolution/negotiation skills;
* Superior interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated
leader****p skills including the ability to motivate, make decisions
and solve problems creatively;
* Comfortable multi-tasking in an aggressive, leading-edge large
project environment with demonstrated flexibility and ability to deal
with multiple priorities, working independently and as an innovative
team player.
Responsibilities:
* Re****ting to a Delivery Manager;
* User Acceptance Testing and related Business Signoff activities;
* Integral part of the User Acceptance Testing project team;
* Bring a 'big picture' approach as you manage and coordinate multiple
project activities;
* Dealing with the technical and interpersonal challenges of managing
interdependencies between projects including negotiation for shared
resources;
* Manage project resourcing, scheduling, estimating, budget monitoring
and status re****ting;
* Accountable for on-time delivery including test strategy, acceptance
criteria, test scenarios/cases, defect tracking, and formal signoff
do***ents;
* lead project issue, risk and conflict resolution activities.
