Scope of work/responsibilities:
We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst to assist our client in
defining and do***enting business requirements for their PeopleSoft
HR/Payroll area. Candidate will participate in: 1) the evaluation and
*****sment of package functionality to meet business requirements (fit/gap
analysis); 2) design of systems solutions to meet business needs; 3)
creation of detailed external design specification and other do***entation
as needed; and 4) providing business analysis sup****t to the development
team as well business & testing team. Individual will participate in
project
planning and work closely with other PeopleSoft projects/enhancements to
ensure the integrity of the overall application and consistency in
approach
and design.
Required skills/qualifications:
To be considered, candidate must have 4+ years of relevant work experience
with detailed knowledge of PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Benefits and Recruitment
functionality (HRIS systems) and strong fit/gap analysis experience.
Candidate will be adept in defining business requirements and translating
into detail design specifications, providing project estimates, and
working
with clients at various levels in the organization. Experience with
PeopleTools would be an asset.
