I applied to several jobs posted on craigslist, and I received two
almost identical emails from Career Experts promising interviews this
week. Both e-mails included a forwarded message from "Jane" stating
that my resume seemed to be a draft. So I sent them another copy of my
resume. And received a reply indicating that my quite good resume
would be overlooked by potential employers. If I just purchased one of
their resumes (with a free upgrade to the next level), I would be able
to have interviews for some Administrative Assistant jobs paying 55K.
Thanks for posting your concerns as it confirmed mine!
There seems to be a number of jobs posted out there where the "job" is
to get people to reply to a job posting. Hmmm...
