Scope of work/responsibilities:
We have a new and exciting op****tunity for a Business Systems Analyst (BA)
to join our client's Application Team. Employing a versatile and client
centric perspective, you will help create and standardize requirements
gathering and do***entation and sup****t the implementation/functionality
of
cor****ate and off the shelf enterprise business applications. You will
elicit, analyze and validate business requirements, processes and business
rules for projects varying from custom development, enhancements, business
process re-design, ERP application upgrade/new module implementations, to
3rd party integration work. In addition to standard BA responsibilities,
you may lead and develop project business cases, ROIs, research/market
analysis, system/vendor selection & engagement (RFP/RFQ), etc. in
conjunction with key business stakeholders. You will be involved in many
aspects of the SDLC, from project analysis, requirements gathering,
testing,
deployment, to training. Harnessing your business system knowledge and
expertise, you will assist in creating test cases/scripts to facilitate
end
user testing, creating and maintaining user guides & training material,
providing production sup****t to user community, and proactively identify
new
features/functionalities to meet evolving business needs. This would be

Required skills/qualifications:
To be considered, candidates must have 4+ years of business analysis
experience and have worked on diverse application projects ranging from
$50K
to $250K+. A natural communicator and relation****p builder, you will have
relevant project experience to highlight your business a***en, ability to
create/implement IT solutions for business, create ROI, cost benefit
models,
etc. ERP experience pertaining to HR, Payroll, Contract Billing,
Purchasing, Asset Management modules and re****t writing tools offered by
JD
Edwards (JDE) or PeopleSoft is preferred.
