Position: Contract .NET Developer

Scope of work/responsibilities:
We have an immediate opening for a versatile .NET developer to assist our
client with a number of enterprise applications development projects such
as: core business applications design/development, enhancements to
existing
applications, BI/Re****ting Services initiatives, etc.).
Required skills/qualifications:
To be considered, candidates must have expertise with enterprise class
applications development using ASP.NET, C#, Transact-SQL (T-SQL), and MS
SQL
Server. Individuals will have: 1) a strong understanding of SDLC
processes,
O.O.A and O.O.D. and 2) adeptness in developing business layer (C# or
VB.NET) and database components (T-SQL/MS SQL Server). Any
experience/exposure to MS Business Intelligence Solutions (Analysis
Services, OLAP cubes, Re****ting Services) would be an asset. To excel in
this contract role, candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and
communication (both oral & written) skills to work with both business and
technical team members; ability and effectiveness is guiding/assisting jr
members; proven ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines while
managing
different priorities; and keen problem solving abilities (i.e. think
outside
of the box) to ensure that technical solutions are designed/implemented to
correctly meet/address business needs.
