Position: .NET Applications Developer

We are seeking a .NET Developer to join our client's enterprise
application
development team. Candidate will be exposed to full systems development
life
cycle development using ASP.NET, C# or VB.NET (business layer), and T-SQL
and MS SQL Server (database components). Individual will be involved in
requirements gathering, creating technical do***entation, coding, and
enhancing and maintaining new and existing cor****ate applications. Our

Possessing the .net development skills to fit into our client's IT
environment is not enough, we are equally passionate about finding the
right
person in terms of soft skills - communication style & effectiveness,

open to considering junior, intermediate and intermediate-senior / senior
level candidates with these expectations in mind:
If you are a Junior or Entry Level candidate: you will have a B+ grade
average or higher (transcript to be provided on request) and have relevant
..NET course project and/or co-op experience.
If you are an Intermediate Level candidate: you will have 2+ years of .NET
development experience, and a strong aptitude and drive to advance your
technical and business skills and to build your work experience.
If you are an Int-Senior or Senior Level candidate: you will have 5+ years
of .NET application development experience. You enjoy coding and are now
looking for more challenges. You want to move beyond coding but not leave
programming altogether. You are seeking diversity in scope of work, more
emphasis on interactions with business side and an op****tunity to develop
your leader****p and time management skills by mentoring/guiding junior
members of the team.
