Scope of work/responsibilities:
We are looking for a technical sup****t professional to join our client's
Services team. Our ideal candidate would have excellent oral and written
communication skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve
technical,
product and warranty inquiries/issues from customers, distributors, and
field technicians in a timely manner. Individual may also assist with
system
refurbishment and testing as needed.
Required skills/qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you must 1+ year of help desk or customer
sup****t
experience in a technical environment, a good understanding of network
systems / TCP/IP, proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel and
Outlook) and possess a diploma in information technology or related field.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience sup****ting medical
devices/equipment or electro-mechanical products. If you would like to
