Scope of work/responsibilities:
Our client is an internationally recognized leader in the medical devices
and equipment industry that focuses on innovation and has a track record
for
growth. We are actively seeking a technical sup****t analyst/technician to
join our client's expanding Services Team. Our ideal candidate will have
excellent oral, written and customer service skills with the ability to
analyze and troubleshoot complex technical, product and warranty
inquiries/issues from customers, distributors, and field technicians in a
timely manner. The ability to conceptualize and rationalize problems, and
to
think on your feet is mandatory as sup****t services will be provided live
by
phone, email, chat, and/or remote administration.
Required skills/qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you must 1+ year of help desk or customer
sup****t
experience in a technical environment, a good understanding of network
systems / TCP/IP, proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel and
Outlook) and possess a diploma in IT or related field. Preference will be
given to candidates with experience sup****ting medical devices/equipment
or
