Scope of work/responsibilities:
We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Analyst with general knowledge of the
Enterprise Human Capital Management products to join our client's ERP
Team.
Candidate will be conversant about the functionality, features and
application of modules such as: HR, Payroll, Time and Labor (T&L), Base
Benefits, Benefits Administration, self service, e-Recruitment, etc.
Individual will be responsible for requirements gathering, fit/gap
analysis,
do***entation for implementations and upgrades projects. In addition,
candidate may help develop criteria, scenarios and scripts for system
testing, coordinate UAT activities, and assist the team (ie. developers
and
technical sup****t members) in identifying and resolving problems. This
role

Required skills/qualifications:
For this position, we are open to considering junior, intermediate to
senior
and senior level candidates as we are focused on finding an individual
with
similar passion/interest, cultural fit, and capacity. Candidate should be
very familiar with the HCM product and be willing & able to enhance
his/her
knowledge base quickly. Dexterity in executing and managing varied
responsibilities from requirement analysis, fit/gap, design/configuration,
testing, etc. to sup****t/training depending on project requirements. This

business
needs.
